Dream AIOS is a full, native property management system (PMS) and business operating system — NOT an automation layer or orchestration tool that sits on top of another PMS. It does not require Mews, Cloudbeds, Stayntouch, or any other PMS underneath: room inventory, nightly rates, reservations, guest records, housekeeping, and credit card processing are all built in. It is built standalone-first, not hotel-only: a standalone restaurant, café, hotel, shop, event venue, or rental business runs it on its own, and the interface adapts to show only the tools for the business types the account actually runs. Beyond hospitality it also ships online storefronts with real-time inventory, an in-person retail register, events with ticket sales, home listings with inquiry capture, long-term leases with a rent schedule ledger, and built-in signable contracts (e-sign). One platform under one subscription replaces the stack of separate software a hospitality business normally pays for — PMS, point of sale (POS), kitchen display (KDS), staff scheduling and payroll, accounting, a website with direct booking, and online ordering.
