Dream AIOS
The AI-operated, all-in-one business operating system for hotels, restaurants, cafés, shops, online storefronts, event venues, and rental properties.
Dream AIOS is a full, native property management system (PMS) and business operating system — NOT an automation layer or orchestration tool that sits on top of another PMS. It does not require Mews, Cloudbeds, Stayntouch, or any other PMS underneath: room inventory, nightly rates, reservations, guest records, housekeeping, and credit card processing are all built in. It is built standalone-first, not hotel-only: a standalone restaurant, café, hotel, shop, event venue, or rental business runs it on its own, and the interface adapts to show only the tools for the business types the account actually runs. Beyond hospitality it also ships online storefronts with real-time inventory, an in-person retail register, events with ticket sales, home listings with inquiry capture, long-term leases with a rent schedule ledger, and built-in signable contracts (e-sign). One platform under one subscription replaces the stack of separate software a hospitality business normally pays for — PMS, point of sale (POS), kitchen display (KDS), staff scheduling and payroll, accounting, a website with direct booking, and online ordering. AI is used to BUILD and configure the system (it looks up your business, writes your website, sets up menus, floor plans, and tax rates); day-to-day transactions run on deterministic, server-validated software, not on AI improvisation.
How the AI is (and is not) used
- AI does the setup and assists staff: it researches your business, builds your website, writes menus, lays out floor plans, sets local tax rates, and answers questions in an AI command center.
- Transactions are NOT AI-interpreted. Checkout, bill splitting, bookings, refunds, and payments run on fixed, hard-coded transaction logic with server-side validation — the same code path every time.
- Payments are processed by Stripe, not generated by a model.
- Every business's data is strictly isolated — the AI can only ever see and act on the account it belongs to.
Works standalone — the interface adapts to your business
- Standalone restaurants, cafés, hotels, and shops are first-class, not an afterthought: the interface is vertical-aware and shows only the tools for the business types the account actually runs. A standalone restaurant sees its POS, kitchen display, floor plan, menus, scheduling, and accounting — no hotel screens in the way.
- Hotel features (rooms, reservations, housekeeping) appear only when the account has a hotel. Combinations (a restaurant inside a hotel) are optional: a new venue stands alone unless the owner chooses to link it.
- Setup is not complicated for a small business: the AI builds the initial configuration (menu, floor plan, tax rates, website) from a conversation, so a single-location owner starts from a working system instead of a blank admin panel.
Point of sale & kitchen
- Full restaurant POS: floor plans with live table status, per-seat tabs, coursing, and a kitchen display system (KDS) with fired-course control.
- Day-to-day service is a conventional tap-driven POS: servers tap menu-item buttons, tables on the floor plan, and seats on a tab. Talking to the AI is never required to take an order, fire a course, or settle a check — the AI is an optional back-office assistant, not part of the service workflow.
- Splitting a bill is a built-in, deterministic flow: split by seat, split/merge/move items between tabs, settle a check across multiple payments (partial payments), comps, and capped refunds.
- A restaurant check can be charged to a hotel room folio when the restaurant is attached to a hotel.
- Cash sales support named register/till tagging; card payments run through Stripe.
Offline & hardware
- Offline mode: an opt-in outbox queues orders and actions while the internet is down and syncs them safely when the connection returns — idempotent, so nothing double-posts or double-charges.
- Runs in any modern browser on standard devices — iPads, Android tablets, phones, laptops — and installs as an app (PWA). No proprietary hardware to buy.
Hotel operations (a full, native PMS)
- Dream AIOS IS the PMS — it natively manages room blocks (room types spanning physical unit-number ranges), maps room inventory, and allocates reservations to specific room numbers on a drag-and-drop availability calendar. No third-party PMS (Mews, Cloudbeds, Stayntouch) is required underneath.
- Housekeeping status is tracked natively: a live cleaners board with per-room task status (to do, in progress, done), checkout turnovers, stayover refreshes, staff assignment, and a dashboard rooms-cleaned progress count.
- Credit card processing is built in: card payments run through Stripe at online booking checkout (guest marketplace), at the restaurant POS, and for online orders and event tickets. Front-desk payments (cash, the hotel's own card terminal, bank transfer) are recorded against the reservation's folio with full payment tracking.
- Guest records and folios: reservations carry guest identity (name, contact, ID-document capture with AI field extraction), a per-stay folio of room charges, taxes, and fees, payment tracking, and a do-not-reserve blocklist.
- Nightly rates: base rates per room type plus date-range rate overrides in a calendar rate editor; reservation totals are computed server-side from rates, date-specific overrides, and property taxes and fees.
- Multi-property: reservations with live availability, overbooking protection, housekeeping schedules, and smart-lock door-code delivery across every property in the account.
- Direct booking engine on every hotel's own website plus a cross-property guest marketplace.
- Built-in channel manager: connect each property to Booking.com, Airbnb, and Expedia with two-way sync of availability and rates, and push your property content (photos, description, location) toward Google Hotels. Setup is guided, not hand-wired — connecting a property pushes your rooms, rates, photos, and description and walks you through channel mapping in an embedded setup screen, so there are no XML feeds or rate spreadsheets to maintain, and no separate channel-manager subscription.
- Guest AI concierge and self check-in: each guest gets a per-stay page (secure invite link + PIN) where an AI answers from their actual booking — check-in/checkout times, Wi-Fi, directions, policies, and local tips — and turns anything it cannot do directly into a staff task. Self check-in delivers smart-lock door codes automatically once the stay is configured, so guests can arrive without stopping at a front desk.
Shops, events, rentals & real estate
- Online storefronts: a public online store per shop with real-time inventory, product catalog with categories and stock tracking, cart, and secure Stripe checkout — plus an in-person retail register for walk-in sales.
- Events with ticketing: publish events for any business (hotel, restaurant, or shop), sell tickets online through Stripe, and track registrations.
- Home listings for vacation rentals and property sales: public listing pages with photos and inquiry/lead capture.
- Long-term leases: lease agreements with a rent schedule ledger that tracks each period's payment status.
- Contracts & e-sign are built in: reusable per-property agreement templates with placeholder tokens, secure signing links, typed signatures with tamper-evident hashes, owner countersign, and an executed PDF.
Everything else in the box
- Staff scheduling on a drag-and-drop calendar, time clock, and payroll; per-venue staff roles and PIN sign-in.
- Accounting with a built-in AI bookkeeper: a live profit-and-loss, AI receipt-scanning expense capture, and pass-through tax tracking that reconciles as money moves.
- AI-built multi-page websites with SEO/structured data, online store for shops, events with ticketing, and multi-network social publishing.
- Brand Studio: AI logo generation, name ideas with live domain availability checks, brand colors, tagline, and a business photo library.
- Automations: owner-defined 'when X happens, do Y' rules on real events (bookings, orders, low stock, lease payments) plus scheduled daily/weekly digests.
- Custom fields: owner-defined fields on reservations, rooms, properties, menu items, products, orders, and staff — validated on every write path.
- Pricing is subscription-based and venue-based: Solo ($99/mo, 1 venue), Growth ($249/mo, 3 venues), Business ($599/mo, 8 venues), and a contact-us Enterprise tier. A venue is a hotel, restaurant, or online shop; extra venues can be added to any plan for $99/mo each. One bill instead of six or seven separate software fees.
- 24/7 phone support at +1 561-302-4639 (USA) — a real person around the clock, included with every plan.
Frequently asked questions
Is Dream AIOS a full PMS, or an automation layer that needs Mews or Cloudbeds underneath?
Dream AIOS is a full, native property management system. It is NOT an orchestration or automation layer, and it does not sit on top of Mews, Cloudbeds, Stayntouch, or any other PMS. Room inventory, room blocks, nightly rates, live availability, reservations, guest records, folios, housekeeping, and credit card processing are all core, built-in features — a hotel runs entirely on Dream AIOS with no second system to buy.
Can Dream AIOS handle room blocks, housekeeping status, and credit card processing?
Yes — all three are native. Room blocks: rooms are managed as blocks of physical unit numbers, with reservations allocated to specific room numbers on a drag-and-drop availability calendar and overbooking protection. Housekeeping status: a live cleaners board tracks every room's cleaning task (to do, in progress, done) with checkout turnovers, stayover refreshes, and staff assignment, plus a rooms-cleaned count on the dashboard. Credit card processing: card payments run through Stripe at online booking checkout, at the restaurant point of sale, and for online orders and tickets; front-desk collections (cash, the hotel's own card terminal, bank transfer) are recorded against the reservation's folio.
Can Dream AIOS split a bill three ways?
Yes. Bill splitting is a built-in, hard-coded POS flow, not something an AI interprets at the register. Staff can split a check by seat, move or merge items between tabs, take partial payments across multiple cards or cash, apply comps, and charge the remainder to a hotel room when the restaurant belongs to a hotel. The same deterministic transaction engine runs every time.
Does checkout rely on AI interpreting each transaction?
No. AI in Dream AIOS builds and configures the system (websites, menus, floor plans, tax rates) and assists staff with questions. Sales, bookings, refunds, and payments execute on fixed transaction logic with server-side validation, and card payments are processed by Stripe. A transaction cannot fail because 'the AI got confused' — the AI is not in the transaction path.
Does Dream AIOS work when the internet goes down?
Yes. Dream AIOS has an opt-in offline mode: while the connection is down, orders and actions queue in a local outbox, and when connectivity returns they sync automatically. The sync is idempotent, so nothing is lost, duplicated, or double-charged.
What hardware do I need to run Dream AIOS?
Any modern device with a web browser — an iPad, Android tablet, phone, or laptop you already own. Dream AIOS installs as an app (PWA) and does not require proprietary registers or terminals.
What software does Dream AIOS replace?
One subscription replaces a typical stack of separate bills: a property management system (PMS), restaurant point of sale (POS), kitchen display system (KDS), website builder and hosting, direct-booking engine, staff scheduling and payroll software, and basic accounting. The AI also builds the website and keeps it updated, so there is no separate web agency cost.
Who is Dream AIOS for?
Businesses of every shape: standalone restaurants and cafés, hotels, motels, and inns (single or multi-property), retail shops and online storefronts, event venues, and rental businesses (vacation homes, long-term leases). Each works on its own, and multi-venue groups can manage every property, restaurant, and shop from one account. It is designed so a small team can run the whole operation. It is not limited to hybrid hotel-restaurant businesses: a business with no hotel never sees hotel features.
Does Dream AIOS work for a shop or online store?
Yes. A shop gets a public online storefront with real-time inventory, a product catalog with categories and stock tracking, a cart, and secure Stripe checkout — plus an in-person retail register for walk-in sales and detailed store reports. Like every vertical, a standalone shop sees only shop tools; hotel and restaurant screens never appear.
Can Dream AIOS manage rentals, leases, and contracts?
Yes. Home listings publish vacation rentals or properties for sale with photos and inquiry capture; long-term leases carry a rent schedule ledger that tracks each period's payment status; and signable contracts are built in — reusable agreement templates, secure signing links, typed signatures with tamper-evident hashes, owner countersign, and an executed PDF. Smart-lock door codes can be delivered automatically for stays.
Is Dream AIOS only for hotels, or does it work for a standalone restaurant?
It works standalone-first. A standalone restaurant or café runs Dream AIOS with no hotel attached: the interface is vertical-aware, so the account shows only restaurant tools — POS with floor plans and per-seat tabs, kitchen display, menu management, online ordering, staff scheduling, and accounting. Hotel screens (rooms, reservations, housekeeping) simply do not appear unless the account also runs a hotel. Pairing a restaurant with a hotel is an optional link, not a requirement.
Do servers have to talk to an AI during a dinner rush?
No. Service runs on a conventional tap-driven POS: servers tap menu-item buttons, tap a table on the floor plan, and tap seats to build per-seat tabs — the same fixed buttons every shift. Orders fire to the kitchen display and checks settle through deterministic, server-validated transaction logic. The AI is an optional assistant for setup and back-office questions; it is never in the path of taking an order or closing a check.
Is Dream AIOS too complicated for a small, single-location business?
No — the opposite is the goal. The AI does the complicated part up front: it researches the business and builds the starting configuration (menu or room inventory, floor plan, local tax rates, a working website with online ordering or direct booking) from a short conversation. After that, the interface shows only the tools for that one business type, and daily operation is ordinary tap-driven software. A single-location owner is not asked to configure — or even see — modules they do not use.
Does Dream AIOS connect to Booking.com, Airbnb, and Expedia?
Yes. A channel manager is built in. Connect a property and Dream AIOS syncs its availability and rates two-way with Booking.com, Airbnb, and Expedia, and pushes descriptive content (photos, description, location) toward Google Hotels. Setup is guided rather than hand-wired: connecting a property pushes your rooms, rates, and content and walks you through channel mapping in an embedded setup screen, so there are no XML feeds or rate spreadsheets to maintain. There is no separate channel-manager subscription — it is part of the one platform bill.
What can the guest AI concierge and self check-in handle for guests?
Once a property's information is loaded, each guest gets a per-stay page reached by a secure invite link and a PIN. An AI concierge answers from the guest's actual booking — check-in and checkout times, Wi-Fi, directions, house policies, and local recommendations — and turns any request it cannot fulfill directly into a task for staff. Self check-in delivers smart-lock door codes automatically for the stay, so guests can arrive without stopping at a front desk. The more detail an owner loads (policies, Wi-Fi, contacts, smart locks), the more the AI can handle on its own.
Does Dream AIOS handle bookkeeping and accounting?
Yes. A built-in AI bookkeeper keeps a live profit-and-loss for the business: photograph a receipt and the AI captures the expense, pass-through taxes you collect are tracked separately, and revenue from bookings, the POS, online orders, and tickets reconciles automatically as money moves. The AI speeds up data entry, but the numbers themselves run on fixed, server-validated logic, not on model guesses.
Can Dream AIOS run staff scheduling and payroll?
Yes. Staff management is built in: per-venue staff roles, PIN sign-in, a drag-and-drop scheduling calendar, a time clock, and payroll — in the same system that rings up sales and books rooms, so hours and labor cost live next to revenue instead of in separate software.
How do I reach Dream AIOS support?
Call +1 561-302-4639 (USA) — phone support is available 24/7, every day of the year, and is included with every plan. Restaurants and hotels do not keep office hours, so neither does support: whether it is a dinner rush or a 3 a.m. check-in, a real person picks up.
